Kraft Domestic Violence Grant Program

This two-year demonstration project funded by Kraft Foods supports collaborations between domestic violence service providers and job training agencies in Chicago, Houston, and Seattle. These collaborations ensure that participants in job placement programs have access to domestic violence services. CIR has furnished technical assistance to the collaborating agencies in planning, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating program activities. Working with program staff, CIR has developed standard data tracking tools to determine participant and program outcomes as well as best practices. CIR facilitates the sharing of information among programs and organizes national grantee meetings. CIR will communicate project findings to other programs in the field, policy makers, and funding agencies.
